Galaxy bite from midnight kitchen
π✨ Handmade Galaxy Brownie Bites ✨
Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (melted)

1 cup sugar
-
2 l eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup cocoa powder
-
½ cup all-purpose flour
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Galaxy Swirl Topping:
- 1/2cup white chocolate (melted)

Purple, blue, and pink food coloring

Edible glitter & star sprinkles
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F . Grease a mini muffin tin.

In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

Sift cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder into the wet mix. Fold gently until combined.

Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling about 3/4full.

Bake for about 15–16 minutes. Let them cool.
Making the Galaxy Swirl:

Melt white chocolate until smooth. Divide into three bowls.

Add purple, blue, and pink food coloring to each bowl.

Spoon tiny blobs of colored chocolate on top of each brownie bite.

Use a toothpick to swirl the colors gently, making a galaxy pattern.

Sprinkle edible glitter and stars on top while the chocolate is still soft.

Let them cool completely so the topping hardens.
