Raindrop cake recipe πŸ’§

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog!today I am going to give you my recipe for raindrop cake!πŸŽ‚+πŸ’§.Its a super easy recipe, and it super jelly-ish.today, I'll tell you how to make it.

This cake is made using agar agar — not gelatin! Agar comes from seaweed and sets quickly.

  • 1/2 tsp agar agar powder

  • 1 cup water (filtered or bottled works best)

  • Optional: 1 tsp sugar (for a tiny bit of sweetness)

  • Toppings: roasted soybean powder (kinako) and brown sugar syrup (kuromitsu)

  • Mold: Use a round mold, dome mold, or even a small bowl!

πŸ”₯ How to Make It – Step-by-Step:

  1. In a small saucepan, mix agar agar with water. Stir well.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring. Boil for 1 minute to dissolve the agar.

  3. Turn off heat. Let it cool slightly.

  4. Pour the liquid into your mold and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

  5. Carefully remove from the mold — be gentle, it’s wobbly like jelly!

  6. Add your toppings or serve plain for ✨aesthetic vibes✨.
